Vivobook 15 X513 (X513EAN.302) Throttling 23%

Hello! 
I bought a new ASUS Vivobook 15 X513 at January 13, 2023.
On cinebench Benchmark, AIDA64 stability test and even on day use the notebook is Throttling a lot. ASUS support in Brazil do not know how to fix it. Throttling means that the notebook is loosing CPU power because it's too hot.

May I ask what kind of problems you have encountered in actual use?

Hi @Falcon_ASUS ! 
I tested in AIDA64 because of some day use issues.
I bought a machine that ASUS promise 40% more than others with the same processor and it's delivering 23% less it can. 23% is almost 1/4 less full power. I payed more for a merchandise of 40% more power (again). 
Using this notebook for compile a video bring me more time to compile. Play some light games (Iris Xe is there for that) give me some slow down and Stuttering without getting 100% of the GPU or CPU, thanks for the Throttling. There is more problems, but the fact is: Asus is delivering something different from its advertise.
By the way I'm 44 years old and work with IT since 14 years old.
