Hello everyone.
Here I want to submit a complaint about my laptop, maybe one of you has a solution to my complaint.

Are you guys who use vivobook 14 (x412DA) laptops experiencing problems that cannot be shut down?

Do you mean pressing the shutdown function of the system but it cannot be shut down normally? If so, I would suggest you to check if there is any other program running at the moment which prevents the shutdown gracefully. Thank you.
