@mmy Do you mean pressing the shutdown function of the system but it cannot be shut down normally? If so, I would suggest you to check if there is any other program running at the moment which prevents the shutdown gracefully. Thank you.
Try to hold the power button for few seconds, this will force the device to shut down. You can also remove the battery and unplug your laptop to see if it goes to automatic shut down.
