Type C does not work (X515EA)

I am going to use 3 monitors via type C but my port c does not recognize. I used all different ways to  troubleshoot this problem but they didn't work. (https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1042417/#:~:text=We%20suggest%20you%20visit%20ASUS,you%20contact%20... 

Would you help me out in this issue?

Unfortunately, the USB TYPE-C of X515EA does not support display.
