registration issues

i need to unregister the first email i used to register this brand new laptop.  Vivobook S14 K4504VA.  i got locked out of the initial email i registered with, because of a bios update, immediately after OOBE setup.   i had to find a way to reset it to factory for OOBE (again) i managed to do just that in BIOS and Network Boot, Cloud Restore or whatever.  I was locked out of the new microsoft email i had just created and also locked out of the recovery email i had just created.  so i created a new microsoft email on a different machine, and setup the K4504VA using this newly created proper recovery email, and i cannot unregister.  so i can re-register.  any ideas? !

I would suggest deleting the registration information and then logging in with the correct account to re-register the product.
