"in search of incredible" boot screen

I have an Asus A541U all is working BUT
on Booting the Laptop sits at the "in search of incredible" boot screen for a good 60 Seconds
and the boots in to Windows 10.
What is this - "in search of incredible" - screen and how do I get rid of it or cut the time down (a lot)

Is it the same situation when you turn on your laptop every time?
Have you tried to confirm whether the BIOS has been updated to the latest?
If so, could you please tell me your current BIOS version?
