Thank you for replying. Pressing other keys to get around the screen does not work. And now it's completely stuck. The only way is likely to send it to an Asus location for repair.
Question for you. If the laptop was purchased in the USA does it have to be sent to a USA location for repair? How does it work warranty wise (the laptop was purchased new only 3.5 months ago)?
