External webcam flickers on Zoom/Teams but not on Win10 camera/video

System: Win10, Vivobook S15 X532FA
Battery or AC: AC
Frequency of occurrence: Multiple times a day
Reset OS: Not sure what this means.

Detailed description：
I use an external webcam connected via USB. It flickers quite a bit on Zoom or Teams when power is plugged in, but doesn't flicker on the Win10 camera/video viewer. Also, flickers a bit when on battery but not a lot.
Tested the same external webcam on two other devices and it doesn't flicker at all on those so it seems it is something to do with the Vivobook.

Thank you @Blake_ASUS . I thought I saw others comment about this issue in other threads. Have you seen this before or is this the first time?
For BIOS, do you suggest I just d/l the latest update from ASUS website and install, or is there something else I need to do?

@Blake_ASUS - I tried the steps in that article but it didn't work. Bottom line is when AC power is plugged in, the external webcam flickers, and when it is not plugged in, it doesn't flicker. Have you seen this problem previously?

So flicker only happen when plug in adapter? no flicker on battery mode
and flicker should be on all apps, right? not just ZOOM and Teams...
If the issue is the same as above, I will share another BIOS with you.

Thanks @Blake_ASUS. The only thing different from my initial description is the level of flicker while on battery: there is very little and usually none at all. There is significantly more while plugged in.
The issue occurs with all apps except for the Win10 built in camera/video viewer.
