Turn off auto-updates for apps in the Microsoft Store, turn off updates for Microsoft products in the update center, turn off automatic driver updates.
Then through "Device Manager"
Uninstall video drivers, and uninstall UWP intel\nvidia control panel.
And then install again from ASUS driver site.
(Download them first).
What do you think about this idea?

I have recorded 2 new videos.
They show a small flash (look closely at the fragments of the video) when I switch the switches one by one!
The shades also change a little, but the camera almost captured it ...
