Hey I bought a vivo book recently and I'm having issues when I try to connect to wifi. It said "can't connect to the network" and I already tried everything.

Hello,

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble connecting your VivoBook to Wi-Fi. Let’s troubleshoot this together! Here are some steps you can try:

Check Wireless Function:
Make sure the wireless function is activated on your VivoBook.
Verify that the Wi-Fi icon is visible in the taskbar.
If not, enter the BIOS and enable Wireless LAN.
Restart Your Devices:
Turn off your VivoBook completely.
Restart your wireless router as well.
Update Wireless Drivers:
Open Device Manager.
Look for the wireless network adapter. If it has a yellow exclamation mark, update its drivers.
You can download the latest drivers from the ASUS support website1.
Reset Network Settings:
Run the wireless diagnosis tool in MyASUS.
Reset your network settings and internet browser.
Check BIOS and System Updates:
Update your BIOS, Windows packages, and drivers.
Consider performing a CMOS reset or hard reset if needed.

Hope this work for you.
Best regards,

Please confirm if you have entered the correct password for the wireless network you are connecting to.
Alternatively, we suggest taking your laptop to another environment with a wireless network to test the connection.
