Hi all, I am Emmanuel Katto from Uganda. How do I troubleshoot and fix a failing hard drive on my Asus Vivobook? Are there any diagnostic tools recommended? Please let me know.

I would suggest using MyASUS to perform a diagnostic test on the SSD.
MyASUS - System Diagnosis
If the test does not pass, I recommend taking your laptop to a nearby repair center for further investigation.
