My request to Asus is that they repair my phone for free one last time because Asus sold me a faulty phone. Due to this, the motherboard has failed twice in two years.sr no: M9AIGF003500H57

Your phone's warranty was valid until 2023-12-17 and has now expired.
The date on the provided picture is 2025-03-17, and the repair center has offered a repair discount.
Since our products come with warranty coverage, if the product is out of warranty, there will be inspection fees and parts costs for repairs.
Could you please let me know which part of the subsequent handling you have concerns about?
We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Asus has already sold a faulty phone to the customer hence the motherboard of the phone has got damaged twice in two years. If there would have been any other problem I would have paid money for it but the motherboard itself got damaged twice in two years. Despite having so many phone options in the market I chose Asus. Was it my mistake? If there would have been any other physical damage I would have paid money but the motherboard is getting damaged again and again because Asus has sold me a faulty phone. My request to you is that you let me repair the phone free of cost.

I understand your policy but you are imposing your policy by selling a defective phone
