This is my final post about ASUS phones.
I will never buy an ASUS phone again in my life — and I will never recommend it to anyone.
They sold me a defective ROG 5s phone.
The motherboard has died twice in just two years, and now they are asking me to pay ₹30,000 for repairs.
I have been complaining for 4 months, but ASUS has done nothing to resolve the issue.
Extremely disappointed with their product and service.

Regarding your case, the service team has indicated that your product is out of warranty (warranty expired on 2023-12-17) and has offered you a repair discount. Sorry for any inconvenience it may be caused.
