Asus ROG Phone 5s Motherboard Failure - A Repeated Issue
To the Asus Talk Page Community and Asus Support,
I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the recurring motherboard failures on my Asus ROG Phone 5s. I purchased this device for daily use, placing significant trust in the Asus brand for its reliability and performance.
Unfortunately, my experience has been anything but reliable. The motherboard on my ROG Phone 5s has died a total of three times. The first two failures occurred within the warranty period, requiring repairs. Now, shortly after the warranty expired, the motherboard has failed again. I even attempted an out-of-warranty repair at an independent service center, only for the issue to reoccur.
This repeated and critical hardware failure, particularly on a device marketed for its high performance and durability, is unacceptable. It feels like a significant quality control issue, and frankly, a "scam" given the persistent problems I've faced. I invested in an Asus product expecting longevity, not a device that repeatedly fails.
