ZenWifi AX - USB connected device does not work.

Hi - I have the ZenWifi AX6600. I am trying to connect my USB HDD. It is a 2TB drive that is NTFS formatted. The router does not recognise the device and tells me that no USB device is connected. I tried with another 2tb drive and when I checked the router setting it too was not recognised.

Any suggestions?
