Detailed description:Hello, I've got problem with WIFI connection from beginning. It is losing connection all the time/has problem with connection. Problem started when I wanted to connect when W10 configuration. I was able to connect only with mobile hotspot.
I've tried all common steps to resolve problem. Restarting, instaling newest drivers etc.
Other devices (laptop, phone) placed in the same spot have no problem with connection.
I noticed that connection to my wifi spot isn't very good on ASUS, using command:
'netsh wlan show interface'
Signal         : 57%
But for other laptop in the same spot is much better:
'netsh wlan show interface'
Signal         : 88%
But is that a problem?
Can you help with that?

When Laptop is very close to router then it works fine. But in my room there are problems.
But as I said, other devices are working correctly here.
Now I set up a Hot-spot from other laptop in my room and it works without any disconnection/problems.

Hello arturiwanski293,

I have the same wi-fi problem on an Asus FA506IV. Every 30-40 minutes of gaming (using wi-fi), I start to have lag spikes. If I switch the connection (I make hot spot from mobile phone), the MS becomes normal. Also, every update is made and I use other laptops from the same spot which run perfectly. Is it the wi-fi card the problem on the Asus laptop?

Hello n.claudiu7,
May I have your BIOS version?
If you have done some cross check, it would be better if you can send the device to our service center to check on the hardware. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Thank you.

Hello. My BIOS version is: American Megatrends Inc. FA506IV.311, 11.09.2020. Hope that is what you asked. Is it ok?
