Problems With My Touchpad

Hello everyone, I am having problems with my touchpad. I use a ASUS GAMING laptop FX507VI. When I enter to device manager the I2C HID Device appears with a advertice signal. I have try everything, I install the drivers from the page, restart the BIOS. I need help.
