I'm feeling shameful to inform you that I've submitted my laptop to service centre under warranty on 3rd August 2024. It's been more than 20 days and service centre is saying me that we've ordered spare parts in company and haven't received it yet. However, Your service status website is showing receiving date of laptop 6th August. Every single day I'm supposed to call service centre and just get one answer "we haven't received spare parts". kindly work on it and complete the process as soon as possible.
