G513QE Laptop Not Starting

Hi, my laptop wont start up.

Specs as follows

  • G513QE laptop from 2020
  • AMD Ryzen 9 5000 series
  • Nvidia Geforce RTX 3050Ti
  • SN: M9NRKD02703437C
  • Always kept up-to-date with latest windows update (windows 10, not 11)

I’ve tried, with no result:

  • Pressing the power button, nothing
  • Spam pressing the power button, nothing
  • Holding the power button, nothing
  • Plugging the charger in, no battery light, nothing
  • Plugging a USB-C charger in, no battery light, nothing
  • Tried different plug sockets, nothing
  • Flipping the computer upside down, nothing
  • Unplugging everything plugged in (mouse, keyboard, etc), nothing

It wouldn’t turn on yesterday, but I just unplugged the charger and plugged it back in again and it worked.

I was using it for 4 hours straight today, no issues, no lagging, nothing. Shut down my computer, left it on charge, came back to use it again but it’s just bricked itself. Any help appreciated. I don’t want to lose all the files.

@alexg7546
If the laptop does not power on at all when connected to the charger, it is likely due to a motherboard failure.
If you have important data stored on the laptop, we recommend trying to remove the SSD to back up your data before sending it to the service center for further inspection.
The following is the contact information:

Also you can contact the local service center for help.
