FN+Arrow Keys no longer change aura brightness of the keyboard

@Falcon_ASUS @GEEK_ASUS I have the same problem, plus my mac address disappeared from bios too (consequently, my ethernet port doesn't work so i have to use wifi :c), this was after a bios update.
My laptop model is ASUS TUF GAMING A15 FA506QM
My real serial number is M4NRCX00******
I have the 310 bios version

@Falcon_ASUS @GEEK_ASUS . I have the same issue. Fn+arrows don't change keyboard brightness and my sn in bios is SSN12345678901234567. Please send me a solution.
