Detailed description：
Cpu and GPU fan doesn't spin in asus tuf a17. ( R7 4800 h RTX 3050 ) silence and performance mode . After 70° fans start spining (gaming ) .. is it normal thing or issues ?

May I know your BIOS version, OS version and Armoury Crate Version?
Please kindly provide some screenshot of Armoury Crate when the issue happen.
