CANT REGISTER MOTHERBOARD ON ASUS PORTAL

Hi, Trying to register new motherboard ROG CROSSHAIR X670E HERO on site, I enter serial number taken from box plus purchase date and submit button remains greyed out, cannot submit !!! serial starts with N9***********D8

Any suggestions.
