Can't REGISTER our new graphics card....

Hi, Trying to register new motherboard ROG CROSSHAIR X670E HERO on site, I enter serial number taken from box plus purchase date and submit button remains greyed out, cannot submit !!! serial starts with N9***********D8Any suggestions.Thanks
