Wi-Fi connection

I don’t know what happened but as of last night I haven’t been able to log into my Wi-Fi. I put my password in when my systems ask for my password and it’s saying invalid 

Resolved! Can't register my product

Upon entering serial number and purchase date the Resister button remains grayed out and inactive. Tried different browsers, didn't help.
