Tuf Gaming Z690-Plus WiFi D4

Hi updated to the Z690-Plus wifi d4 board with i7 12 gen cpu socket 1700 and have a graphics card zotac gaming geforce 2070 super installed with a fresh windows 11 pro installed.  The problem im having is when i try to run games is it just power cycles the pc  didnt have trouble with the older board  asus x99 deluxe or the ryzen 7 amd board.  Updated all bios and firmware.  All the latest drivers for mb and gc.  Any help would be great.
