Can you connect ASUS SCAR 15 (2022) to a thunderbolt 4K display with 144 Hz?

From SCAR 15 spec i understood that it's thunderbolt port connects to an integrated GPU. I need to use dedicated GPU to get 4K working at 144 Hz.
Is there a way to utilize this port with dedicated GPU?
If this is not an option then there is another USB-C port that is connected to dedicated GPU. The port is DP/PD compatible. I am not sure if the monitor's thunderbolt support this. I tried connecting them by the provided thunderbolt cable and there is no signal. Maybe it could work with a special cable?
The monitor that i am connecting to is: LG UltraWide 38WN95C-W
I know i could connect it by USB-C DP compatible to display port cable, but in this situation i lose the Power delivery feature.
