Camera Not Working

I have a ZenFone 3 Zoom and my camera just stopped working.  I did not drop my phone.  I have read everything in all the forums about others who have experienced the same problem and no one has offered a solution.  It looks like all the forums where discontinued in 2020 or so.  Has anyone found a solution since then?

Please refer to the following FAQ to clear the camera data and then verify the issue.

If the problem persists, we recommend performing a system restore.
[Phone] How to do the factory reset on your phone

If the issue still cannot be resolved, it is likely a fault with the camera module.
Since this model is an early version, the repair costs are relatively high, and we do not recommend further repairs.
