Hi everyone,
I’m trying to update my Zenfone 3 to Android 8 but I have some issues.
Currently I run the firmware WW_14.2015.1701.8_20170222 (Android 7.0), I managed to download de firmware WW-15.0410.1802.44 that should be one of the versions of Android 8 for my phone, but actually his installation fails.
I read on internet that I should upload my phone to the last version of Android 7 (it should be WW-14.2020.1712.85) and then upload to the first version of Android 8 (it should be WW-15.0410.1712.31).
But I don’t find those firmwares : I can’t find the page of the list of the firmwares for the Zenfone 3 and the website dlcdnets.asus.com gives error 404.
Can someone help me please?

@condorimp
Unfortunately, the ZE552KL is an earlier model and has now ceased to receive maintenance and updates.
If you have a need for a system upgrade across versions, we recommend visiting a service center where our staff can assist you.
You can find service center locations at the following link:
https://www.asus.com/support/service-center-location
Sorry for any inconvenience it may be caused.

Thank you for the answer. So, as far I understand, ASUS as erased the firmwares from his server? Or I can find them somewhere?
