AURA Sync turns himself off

Frequency of occurrence: newly all the time
Reset OS: not yet

Detailed description：
Newly there no function or response for AURA Sync
Every time i open Armoury Crate the lights shuting down and they wont come back no matter what.
After a full shutdown the keyboard lights are back, but if i open Armoury Crate they are gone again.
I've so f.. enough

May I know if you enter Armoury Crate/Aura Sync, the device you have selected previously has been unselected?

And no matter which lighting mode you choose, the backlight disappear, right?

I've tried to unselect too, but there is no change of the outcome.
That's correct sir, no matter whichlighting mode were selected the backlit were gone

In case i've misunderstood your question...

The answer is no it stays selected.
It keeps finding internal Aura Sync capable peripheries either the Backlit is on or already off.

I'm really sorry. Can you help to record another video?
We would like to see from the beginning, and from broader angle(see the whole screen and keyboard)
from when you boot up the device, backlight is working, and then you enter Armoury Crate, blacklight disappear, then you select/unselect Sync device, backlight come back, then choose a lightning mode, backlight disappear again....
And if possible, to see how Aura Sync is having slow response.

Hi Blake..
I've rather uninstalled the AURA Lighting Service by Windows\Settings\Apps.
Since then works my backlit just perfect, but there's no AURA SYNC available by ARMOURY CRATE see Screenshots.
I can live without AURA, but i'll try later to reinstall it and i'll circle back to you to report
