After a full shutdown the keyboard lights are back, but if i open Armoury Crate they are gone again. I've so f.. enough Anyone else?
So..I've tried other ways to set the backlit on again. If it turns itself off... -you can turn off the computer, so the shutdown-sequence (red lights at the very end) turns the Backlit by next start again somehow. -Backlit is off...go to Armoury crate / Aura Sync, by the first tab you see your Laptop under Sync-Devices..so click on little play icon and choose a lightning effect and so i have KB Backlit again. The situation is still suboptimal, at least there's a way to get th kb backlit again. The Backlit will still turn itself off each time i go in Armoury Crate by Aura Sync/Aura Lighning Effects
i appreciate it Blake.. let me know because i'm really up to claim a return-refund. It's the 3rd time that something goes really south in a 5 month period. I like the product but this problems making me meanwhile disappointed. Regards

Hello szilvio, May I know if you enter Armoury Crate/Aura Sync, the device you have selected previously has been unselected? And no matter which lighting mode you choose, the backlight disappear, right? Thank you.
