Hi, idk why but while i was playing sims4 it shut itself. And then started to make a sound where the keyboard is, a very weak beep starts to sound (like piiiiiiiiiii). And i asked ChatGPT which told me to restart it which helped but it keeps turning itself off. Idk what to do. This already happened to me and i send it to repair it, but the problem still seems to happen. Do I have to take it to repair, like it is serious?
