Upon confirmation, it is normal for the System SKU field in Msinfo to be blank. Generally, this field is not filled in, and other brands of laptops also leave it blank.
The sales model name of your laptop is: TN3402YA-LZ382W, which can be found on the SN barcode of the original packaging box.
