Hi Asus, we have ordered a vivo lap top (

Your Invoice #ASM-1000004464 for Order #ASM-1000007142

 

I tried to check the progress of the order so needed to create an ASUS account which I did using the same email that I used to order the laptop. The account was created but I can't see my order and when I try to check my order and login from the email sent from ASUS confirming my order I get a message to say I don't have account.

Can you help please. Cheers Chris
