System: Windows 10
Model: FA506IU
Frequency of occurrence: too often
========================
Detailed description:As many people on this forum and all around the world are I am expecting a BIOS update to fix fTPM stutter too. When can we expect that?
And if you do not know at least provide us the old version of BIOS when turning it off was possible. And don't tell me that those versions are not supported. It is my device and I can throw it into a dumpster if I want to so please publish old versions of BIOS.

I know. They provide those kinds of generic answers all the time. Instead, they can use the energy to solve the problem.

I looked Lenovo forums many times, they have the option to disable ftpm in their bios so they can manage to solve it that way. I really can't understand why we couldn't change that settings. In desktop motherboards it can be done, in other brands's laptops it can be done.
Why is ASUS torturing us?

This is the AMD page acknowledging the issue, but it is still happenig and I too am looking for a BIOS update

I was able to find a version 313 for the BIOS here:

I have not tried it out yet.

Have you guys tried updating your chipset and processors with graphics drivers from the AMD website. I was having this issue as well but now it's really rare to non-existent. So you guys might want to download drivers from both those categories that I mentioned before and it might help fix your issue.

AMD acknowledged the issue a long time ago. They even sent a fix that manufacturers just need to integrate into BIOS. ASUS simply doesn't care about customers, we already bought a product so who cares about us.
