Hi.
An ASUS TUF Dash F15 laptop I have with Intel BIOS is not visible.
How on earth is that even possible? It's only the BIOS that is not visible in the start up.
The generic ASUS logo is also invisible.

If there is no display on startup, we recommend testing with an external monitor to determine whether the issue is caused by a faulty screen. You may also refer to the following FAQ for troubleshooting.
Troubleshooting - Device Boot Failure or No Display After Boot (Black Screen)
Sorry for any inconvenience it may be caused.
What a "GREAT" bot to get support from! Beyond dystopic...

May I ask if you have seen the following message I replied to you yesterday?
"If you mean that there is a display when entering the system, but no display in the BIOS, please try removing all connected devices from the laptop, leaving it idle for 10–15 minutes, then connect only the charger and try restarting. If the issue persists, please connect an external monitor and continuously press F2 during startup to try entering the BIOS. If you can enter the BIOS and see the display on the external monitor, please restore the BIOS to its default settings and check again. Thank you."

There's no help to get from a BOT in general in static communication. The link provided is not related to any of my explanation in condition to a BIOS and a generic ASUS logo that is not visible during the start-up of Windows.

And this link doesn't show anything related to any of my issues with the BIOS and ASUS logo in itself.
This is generic FAQ and troubleshooting procedures, It's not for me.
