Hi.
An ASUS TUF Dash F15 laptop I have with Intel BIOS is not visible.
How on earth is that even possible? It's only the BIOS that is not visible in the start up.
The generic ASUS logo is also invisible.

@akajef
If there is no display on startup, we recommend testing with an external monitor to determine whether the issue is caused by a faulty screen. You may also refer to the following FAQ for troubleshooting.
Troubleshooting - Device Boot Failure or No Display After Boot (Black Screen)
Sorry for any inconvenience it may be caused.

That is not the case. I already explained that only the BIOS is not visible.

Is this even a person who respond on my messages or a bot system?

Seriously... gear up or shift gears. Don't you think I have already explained that now or even done that?
And why on earth don't you confirm that I'm not communication with a BOT on ZenTalk?
Let's continuing with that first and then I can explain things on my level of IT experience.
Have a good evening and weekend!
