ASUS A17 FA707RC Black screen, keyboard lights working

Hi,

Can someone help me figure out what happened to my Asus Tuf gaming A17? After the update then the following morning it went black screen but there is power an keyboard is working.

The service center said that motherboard needs to be reballed. Does this solve everything permanently?

They just told me without further explanation that the motherboard needs reballing and cost me around 27,000 pesos. Do I have any other solution that you may recommend?
