I purchased tuf gaming a15 laptop yesterday (15-11-2023),And i try to register my product on asus website but it is showing already register the same serial number.
一個月沒用筆電後筆電無法打開
將筆電放著充電，沒有關機，一個月後在再打開時黑屏，重新開機好幾遍後螢幕上方都出現白色條紋，RGB、風扇都有在運轉， 也可以聽到開機的音效。執行顯示設定還原時螢幕會暗淡掉大約0.5s然後回覆上方白橫的狀態長按電源鍵40s重啟也沒用外接螢幕無法正常顯示但可以進入bios型號是G713RM，Windows 11，BIOS版本327

Hello, I bought Asus tuf F15 laptop which preloaded with DTS X licensed. I activated/enable DTS headphone mode and I can't enable DTS home theater mode. So, if I uninstall DTS sound unbound and reinstall it, I can get back DTS license.
