i have also this issue. asus dial of pro art p16 model h7606 wi is not responding. i run all the troubleshootings without success. i phone 3 times asus support and no one have a solution. it is probably a hardware issue. i am not sure to send it to repair. who found a solution?

I am in the same boat here...I am wondering if it's a firmware issue.  I have been looking around and the software seems very buggy.

it is probably a hardware issue. on this case we have to send it to repair. you can request a remote control of your laptop from asus support. you have to install the team viewer app to the remote control. asus dial it is not a primary importance to me because i will not use it with adobe app. so i will not send it to repair.

Yes it ended up being Hardware issue. I still had my under warranty. However the dial is used with many more things besides Adobe products
