I’m trying to set up my new Asus RT-AX5400. I have completed the set up on my phone, and gone to Asus Wireless Router website on my computer. The internet status says “Your ISP’s DHCP does not function properly”.
I have no clue what any of this means so I’m praying someone can help! Thanks

What is your ISP service and type? What router did you switch from? Some services are a little more difficult to switch routers unless you are aware and take steps to to around this.

It could be the Ethernet line from your modem/ONT/gateway is disconnected, or a setting. Do you mind sharing what service (company/type) you have?
Sometimes the service doesn't release the lease on the old router MAC and so will not assign an IP to the new router.
