Asus RT-BE88u (wifi 7) router admin page very slow to load (update)

Admin is closing threads too quickly and before solutions are found:

The last firmware update 14/11/25 for the BE88u has fixed the problem where the admin pages took ~50 s to load when using Chrome and most (but not all) other browsers.

An update to the original thread can't be posted because it's been closed.

...so a new thread is required to post this update.

This can be affected by WAN DHCP server Query frequency setting, (significantly as I recently learned).  I guess it is dependent on ISP which setting functions better.  I had been switching to Normal, but seems for both AT&T Fiber and Frontier (also fiber) the default Aggressive is better for page loading performance.
