ExpertBook B9 OLED - No more sound ans no microphone

Hello

I just bought an ExpertBook B9 OLED (B9403, 13th Gen Intel).

 

I have no more sound and microphone.

Further elements  :
- in System/sound/all peripherics/Microsoft Array : the check box "Format" is empty. ( I can't select anaything)
- In the tool bar, the "sound" icon is normal.
- I updated the drivers but nothing changed.

Click on “Device properties” to check if the “Format” option is available. If it’s empty, try the following steps.
Update Audio Drivers:
Go to the ASUS support website for your laptop model (ASUS ExpertBook B9 OLED B9403).
Download and install the latest audio drivers for your specific operating system.
Restart your laptop after installing the drivers.
Windows Troubleshooter:
Run the built-in Windows troubleshooter for audio problems:
Press Win + I to open Settings.
Go to “System” > “Sound.”
Click on “Troubleshoot” under “Related settings.”
Follow the on-screen instructions.
Check Microphone Privacy Settings:
Press Win + I to open Settings.
Go to “Privacy” > “Microphone.”
Make sure that apps are allowed to access your microphone.
BIOS Update:
Check if there’s a BIOS update available for your laptop on the ASUS support website.
