If you dont mind losing all your data, I would recommend doing a fresh install with the Windows media creation tool: https://www.asus.com/support/faq/1039507/

Afterwards, reinstall all your drivers from: https://www.asus.com/support/download-center/

There are ways to perform a fresh install and keep all your data too.
