Detailed description：
The following happened after a clean boot.
F keys don't function as labeled or at all, and some Fkeys now have new functions.
Previously I could press any f key e.g. f2 volume down, without pressing fn and the volume would go down. Also, my touchpad screen is now the same as my desktop screen wallpaper background.
I've installed ATK, installed up to date bio, and I've looked up bios (I can only enable or disable the lock function).
My touchpad also displays the desktop wallpaper.
F keys that function according to label icon when fn button is pressed and held:
f1 - mute
f2 - volume down
f3 vol up
f4 screen brightness down
f5 - screen brightness up
F keys that don't function according to label icon at all when fn button is held down:
f6 - touchpad functionality (on/off)
f7 - keyboard backlight (on/off)
F keys that have a new function:
f1 - opens a new window in the browser
f3 - find in page
f5 - refresh window
I'd surely appreciate any help with resolution.

Hot (F) Keys Not Functioning Properly After Clean Boot
@oliverluketaylor Please press FN+ESC and confirm if the problem is back to normal.
If it does not recover, please go to settings > Apps > Apps & features , find out ASUS System Control Interface.
Uninstall ASUS System Control Interface, then reinstall it again.
