Major Touch issue in 5z

Firmware Version: 123
Rooted or not: not
Frequency of Occurrence: every time
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app):
In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.

In default mode when ever touch is made at top of the screen then add another touch on the screen then there is a some sort of ghost touch as shown in video

Major Touch issue in 5z
There is no problem on my screen with same multi touch app and same firmware version in default mode. I think you should try to clear cache and storage of multi touch app & check again sometimes app may bug itself.

No it only occur for few seconds
When you initially launch the app so u have to check immediately after launching the app

You may also try "the Factory Reset" 
Settings>System>Reset options>Erase all data(factory reset)
**Please note that once the Factory Reset is completed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted.

I did factory reset my phone but the problem is same and the problem is noticeable when phone navigation system is in "gesture navigation" and also in "swipe up on home button " navigation system
