Zenphone 11 Ultra boot-loop / won't turn on / freezes every few weeks.

Looking for a headcount of people experiencing this issue.

Tired of Asus support telling me to just go into recovery mode and wipe my phone every few weeks like it's completely normal, and they did a good job to fix the problem.

Basically, I go to bed, plug my phone in, and I wake up to a bricked phone.  it constantly reboots till the battery dies, or just freezes.  The only way to turn it off is with vol up and power.   and the only way to get it to work again is to wipe and reset the phone. (THIS IS ASUS's SOLUTION, Wipe my phone every few weeks like it's normal maintenance)

Started happening since the last update, (could just be coincidence) can't be app related because it's repeated this problem before I even bothered to reinstall apps the third time.

So sorry I bought another junk ASUS product.  I usually I get a year out of them, I didn't even get one month out of this one before it had MAJOR ISSUES.

Get it replaced man.

They still haven't authorized an RMA since wiping the phone works.  it is their "SOLUTION"  which is what prompted me to come here.   I have done almost 30 chats and multiple calls, and either they say it's fixed now (after a wipe) and they can't do anything more, or they literally disconnect the chat on me or  hang up on me during a transfer, and i have to start over explaining everything to a new rep.    I keep asking for an RMA  and they have not done it yet,  it's almost 3 months now.

So sorry man to hear that man. If you have purchased this from Amazon or somewhere else try getting replaced from them first. I hope you have registered your device with MyAsus  where in you get 2 year warranty. Keep on trying man. Usually the people at Asus are really cooperative in helping when your problem is legit

I bought it directly from Asus, it is registered, and every time I contact them, they say my warranty expires in 1 year, there is no 2 year.  I almost wish I bought it on Amazon, because now that you mention it, I did have a previous Zenfone 10 to the one I mentioned that was dropping all network signals every time I placed a call.   it started doing it 3 or 4 months in and Amazon let me return it.  That was another Asus Support ("ohh just keep turning airplane mode on and off or reset your network settings EVERY TIME YOU NEED TO MAKE A CALL).    I completely forgot about that fiasco...  basically went through the same crap that I am now with the 11 and Asus support.
