System crashes while using connection preference!

The phone either freezes or crashes while using this feature enabling NFC etc under connection preference. 

Android 16 and Phone slowdown!

The phone is working alright except for kind of slow in opening apps. RAM is occupied more than usual I dont know whether they are due to good goodle 'Device protection' feature or its Asus RAM management problem.
