Z9S Screen Flashing Issue Identified with White Bright Screen

Hey guys,

Blank white bright screen  is a great way to identify display issues, and I used it to check my Z9S for a problem I have noticed. Occasionally, when opening certain apps, the screen flashes. It’s not a major issue, but it’s noticeable and can get a bit irritating at times. 

I purchased this phone just 2 months back, and apart from this minor issue, everything about the phone has been flawless. The flashing happens randomly and seems tied to specific app transitions.

Has anyone else experienced this? Could it be a software bug or something else?

I'm not entirely sure from your description if this is the same thing I was also dealing with - but you can try.

Try not using the automatic display refresh rate selection. Please let me know here if it helped.

(Settings - Display - Refresh rate - try 60 / 90 / 120 Hz {not automatic adjustment})
