Problem with my X73s Bluetooth

Reset OS: Yes (I guess!)

Detailed description：Hello friends, my problem is that I am unable to use (or activate at least) the Bluetooth of this pc, I updated the drivers, I downloaded multiples drivers from many web sites (including the original), but I still can't see it (It doesn't appear in device manager, or anywhere else).
So I would like to know if the problem is hardware or just software, or if this pc model has built-in Bluetooth.
