Asus Transfer Data App

I have the Zenfone 9 since October 2022 and Asus Transfer Data App has worked only once when the phone was new with Android 12. We just received the latest update and Asus Transfer Data still broken, I can't not transfer anything from my other phone and it shouldn't be that way. Zenfone 9 is not rooted and it has the latest software update available.

Could you please help me with the following details:
1. Can you please mention the model of the other phone?
2. Did you install the Asus phone clone app on the other device?
3. Can you post a screenshot of the error?

It's a Zenfone 9 but I didn't know that there's another app to transfer data.  I will install the Asus Phone Clone App and I will let you know if it works.  Attached to my first post there is a video of the error.

I installed the Asus Phone Clone = Asus Data Transfer and it stills not working.  Attached to this post is the screenshot error message.

Hey @Anonymous,
Try turning off the WiFi and then transferring the data.
