Can't transfer Whatsapp data from my old iPhone to my "new" Zenfone 10

I bought the phone on March, and since then I am trying to migrate my Whatsapp from my iPhone to the ZenFone10, I follow WhatsApp*/Android** instructions: ... I select "Copy from iPhone or iPad" however  when I get to "On the copy screen, tap Apps along with any other..."  this is not available on the Zenfone 10!!! and I can't check which apps data it transfers. I have already factory reset my phone countless times and lost countless hours/days, trying to do this migration.

1. No one is paying me for the time your phone is taking from me. 
2. Your phone is useless, unless I can transfer my Whatsapp chats and data from my old iPhone to the new Zenfone 10.
3. Almost 7 month had passed and I can't use the phone.
4. Both Google and Whatsapp say it is possible to migrate Whatsapp data (with some limitation) from iPhone to android, I hope that your phone is not the exception.
   

Note that the "new" phone has been purchased in Singapore, but I live in a completely different region. I hope that the fact that I bought the Zenfone 10 from a Singapore retailer does not render this phone useless.

Hi @juvala,
Just to clarify, do you not receive the option to copy apps and data when you connect the two devices?
Also, the Whatsapp link you sent is for Moving chats from Android to an iPhone, however, based on your message, you seem to be trying to transfer data the other way around.

Sorry for the misunderstanding
1. I have used the right Whatsapp protocol similar, if not the same, to the one you have posted in your reply, I did this a number of times, it  is a typo from my part (copied the wrong link)*.
2. I did not get the "copy apps and data" when followed the Move from Androing to iPhone protocol.

That sounds strange. The message generally shows up on it's own.
Can you share a screen recording of the issue?
